WWW.ApartmentMailingLists.Com either has in our data base or can obtain, the individual addresses to any apartment community in most major markets in the country. These are 'EXCLUSIVE NATIONWIDE APARTMENT DIRECT MAILING LISTS'.

List Companies do not have this data. And here is why they don't. There are only two types of lists you can purchase: Homeowner lists or Multi-Family lists. Homeowner lists are comprised of people who own homes. Multi-Family lists at best are comprised of apartments, townhomes and condominiums. Townhomes and Condominiums are NOT apartments. Any given zip code or carrier route may have a 60%-80% multi family population.

List companies cannot target individual apartment complexes. We can. List companies cannot tell you how many units there are in any individual complex right away on the phone. We can.

Give a list company a zip code and ask them how many apartments (complexes) there are in that zip code and they cannot do it. We can.

How does it work. You can pick apartments by Complex Name, City, State, Zip Code or Rent (some areas).

Clients print their piece and have the printer ship it to us. We then label and mail the piece. There are certain postal requirements for printing and it is imperative to discuss those before printing any piece. The typical piece is a postcard size of 5.5" x 8.5" or 6" x 9". Our turn around time is a day or two. We do not sell our lists as no one has the data.
